For any paid plan you will be charged for each email address that you create on a monthly basis. Payment will be taken as the first paid email address is created and each month on the anniversary of this date. If you create another address or upgrade your current plan a charge will taken immediately, prorated from the current date to your next billing date. The cost of this plan will then be added to the amount taken from your account each month from at the billing date on the anniversary of the first plan.

You may downgrade or cancel your account at any time. Your subscription fee is not refundable and will only be adjusted for the next billing period.

To cancel, log in and choose **User Details** from the account menu at the top right. If you no longer need your account, click **Delete User**; to just end your subscriptions and keep your login, click **Delete All Addresses**. That's all it takes — billing stops at the end of your current period and you won't be charged again.

If you are offered a free trial you must still provide your payment details. If you do not cancel your account before the free trail ends you will automatically be charged at the end of the trial period.

You are free to create a number of free accounts. Free accounts require no billing information and can be a great way to test the service and ensure that it suits your applications needs. However, signing up for multiple free accounts should not be used as a method of avoiding a paid for subscription.
